* Black Cat Natural Foods has a policy of using ONLY organic fresh produce, organic poultry, and organic breads in all of it's products.  Some spices, preserved foods, and dressing ingredients are not organic.  Tuna is wild-caught and dolphin safe.  Black Cat uses only organic beans, organic pasta, organic tahini, organic dried fruits and nuts (except pine nuts), and organic dairy (yogurt, sour cream).  The company uses the finest imported (rBGH-free) cheeses, or uses (rBGH-free) artisan cheeses from local family farms (see links).  Black Cat Natural Foods supports local farmers and organic agriculture.  Please feel free to contact us with questions or comments about our products.
